Doug Williams

After his first round pick in the 1978 football draft, Doug Williams began his successful football career as quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He is best known for his performance in Super Bowl XXII with the Washington Redskins where he earned MVP. Williams became the head football coach at Grambling State University in 1998 and after exploring other roles within the football realm, has returned back to the team to help secure more winning seasons.
